Freshness Guarenteed

Fresh milk

There are a set of rules that every dairy plant in the United States must follow in order to keep their milk fresh. For example, milk must be processed within 3 days, or 72, hours of arrival to the plant. Once it is processed, milk is ensured freshness for 14 days, although it is often good for another 7 days. So when you see the printed date on your milk carton, you can be sure that the milk you are buying is fresh.
