Meet the Authors

The authors of this web are the members of an undergraduate coursein environmental studies at Denison University (Granville, Ohio, USA) and at Kenyon College (Gambier, Ohio, USA). Our purpose in creating this web was to learn more about the environmental impacts of modern food production, to engage with the interdependent issues of a complex environmental problem, and to learn to collaborate as a group, at times mirroring the processes needed to resolve environmental conflicts. Our focus has been on thinking and learning through the process of creating this web. We hope the product itself has value to other readers. Thank you for visiting.
