We would absolutely love to hear from you!
In case anyone cares, all of the current pages on this site were done by me, Sarah Taylor. I write my HTML from scratch, although I often use 1st Page 2000, a free HTML editor that makes some parts quicker but still allows me to have complete control (which may or may not be a good thing).
My goal is to make this site as accessible as possible to as many people as possible. With that in mind, I try to avoid fancy tricks and gimmicks that cause problems for some browsers. I currently test in Internet Explorer 6, Opera 5.11, and Netscape 4.79. If you are using a different browser or if any aspect of this site causes problem for you, your browser, or your computer, please let me know and I'll try to fix the problem so as to help make the site more accessible to you and everyone else.
The small, multicolored image you may have noticed in the bottom left corner of the page is the Site Meter counter which I use for statistical purposes only. It tells me what browsers visitors are using and what sort of technology is supported by those browsers, so that I know what sort of features I can safely include in the site. (For more information, see Site Meter's privacy statement.)
More disclaimers: The photographs displayed on this site were taken by various past and current Pealers. If you recognize some of them as your own and would like me to credit you specifically by name, please let me know and I will gladly do so. All photographs are scanned by me, Sarah, and prepared for the web using a combination of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Picture It! 2000, depending on whether I had access to the good programs on the library computers. All other graphics (except the www.kenyon.edu linking graphic on the welcome page) can be assumed to be produced by me using Microsoft Picture It! 2000.
If you would like to use any of the graphics on this site for whatever reason, please contact me for permission and let me know what you would like to use and why. I will almost certainly grant permission.
If you would like to use any of the information posted on this site, you are free to do so. We'd love to hear from you if you do (if only to convince us that people are actually getting some benefit from this site), but it's not obligatory as long as you give credit appropriately.
