Read the P/Class Articles piece, "The Sacred is the One True Reality of Brahman". Summarize the major points of this article and compare it to the main points of Eck's "Seeing the Sacred". Then analyze the Mahabharata film excerpts, which provide the setting for the Bhagavad Gita. What's the relationship in Hinduism between the philosophical/ethical dimensions and ritual/material dimensions? Can they be neatly separated? Why or why not?
