Panel session on comparison of swimmers (Evans vs. Ledecky OR Spitz vs. Phelps) (approximately 80 minutes)

• Moderators are Hannah Orbach-Mandel and Delaney Ambrosen
• Volunteers for panelists (approximately 4 students to present data and analysis with R code)

Discussion of Elo articles

• Each student volunteer will describe why they picked the article, summarize the major results, and discuss the application of the Elo system to current data or a comparison with another rating system. Again, we want to step through your R code.

• Post Position Paper #3
• Volunteers to be moderators for seminar next week
