Part 2a) Do programming project 17 on page 369. Use the file babynames2012.txt (instead of babynames2004.txt) located at      P:\\Class\Math\\Aydin\\118\\SourceCodeFromTextbook\\Chapter06

Part 2b) Do Programming Project 18 on page 370-1 of the textbook. (Note: Any browser in our system should work to open svg files)

As usual, you will be graded on the following criteria: fulfillment of all requirements in problem statements, correct output, good user interface, good coding style and formatting.

Part 2a) 100 points, part 2b) 60 points.
