In the changing state of the global environment, the earth and its inhabitants stand on the brink of a full-scale ecological, resource and food production crisis. The current western industrial system of large-scale agriculture and consumption needs are becoming impractical given the risks to our ecosystems.
We intend to explore the alternative means of agricultural production and modes of human existence known as permaculture. Permaculture could provide a viable solution to the ecological crisis facing humanity. It is our mission to understand and explain this practice and analyze its practicality as an option for world survival.
